1. Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of PaystubKit, available at paystubkit.com. PaystubKit is operated by TrackAIMentions. In these Terms, "PaystubKit," "TrackAIMentions," "we," "us," and "our" refer to TrackAIMentions operating the PaystubKit website and service. By using PaystubKit, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Refund Policy, and any terms shown in Paddle Checkout.

If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use PaystubKit or purchase a PaystubKit document.

2. What PaystubKit Provides

PaystubKit is a self-service document generation tool. It helps users create self-generated paystubs and earnings statements based on information the user enters. PaystubKit does not run payroll, pay wages, file tax returns, remit taxes, provide legal or tax advice, or verify income.

Generated documents are self-generated documents. They are not employer-issued paystubs, tax filings, bank statements, or verified third-party income records.

3. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and lawfulness of all information you enter into PaystubKit. You agree that the information you provide reflects actual earnings, legitimate self-employment income, or owner-employee compensation.

You are responsible for deciding whether a PaystubKit document is appropriate for your intended use. PaystubKit does not guarantee acceptance by any landlord, lender, government agency, financial institution, employer, or other third party.

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not use PaystubKit to:

• commit fraud or misrepresent income, employment, taxes, identity, or business status;
• create documents for income you did not actually earn;
• impersonate an employer, payroll provider, lender, bank, government agency, or other third party;
• alter documents after generation in a deceptive way;
• submit documents in connection with any illegal, misleading, or abusive activity;
• copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or resell PaystubKit templates, tax logic, or generated output except as permitted by law.

We may refuse service, block access, cancel fulfillment, or cooperate with valid legal requests if we believe PaystubKit is being misused.

5. Tax Calculations

PaystubKit tax calculations are estimates based on supported public tax tables and formulas. Withholding and estimated tax results may differ from final tax liability, payroll software, accountant calculations, or government determinations.

PaystubKit is not a tax advisor. Consult a qualified tax professional or payroll provider for advice specific to your situation.

6. Payments

PaystubKit payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle may collect payment details, taxes, billing information, and other information required to process your transaction. PaystubKit does not receive or store your full card details.

Prices are shown before checkout. A purchase gives you access to the digital document package shown at checkout, subject to successful payment and fulfillment.

7. Refunds

Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy, Paddle buyer terms, and applicable law. Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase. Do not initiate a chargeback before contacting support.

8. Intellectual Property

PaystubKit, its website, code, templates, design, and related materials are owned by TrackAIMentions or its licensors. You may use a PDF document you purchase for your own legitimate record-keeping and income documentation. You may not resell, copy, or create a competing service from PaystubKit materials.

9. Disclaimers

PaystubKit is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PaystubKit will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss arising from your use or misuse of generated documents. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the PaystubKit transaction giving rise to the claim.
