Refund Policy

1. Overview
PaystubKit is operated by TrackAIMentions and sells paid digital downloads through Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Refunds are handled according to this Refund Policy, Paddle buyer terms, and applicable law.
You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.
2. Refund Window
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original transaction date. This refund window does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that may apply in your country or region.
3. How To Request a Refund
Email support@paystubkit.comwith your Paddle receipt email, transaction ID if available, purchase date, and a short description of the issue.
You may also request buyer support through Paddle using the information in your Paddle receipt email. Paddle may process refunds directly as Merchant of Record.
4. Refund Timing
Refund timing depends on Paddle and the payment method. Card refunds commonly take several business days to appear, and other payment methods may have different processing times.
5. Chargebacks
If you have a problem with a purchase, please contact support before filing a chargeback. This usually allows faster resolution. We may provide Paddle with fulfillment records, consent acknowledgments, transaction IDs, document IDs, timestamps, and PDF hashes when responding to payment disputes. These records do not include SSNs or full card details.
